The Sew & Flow Comfort Heart Pillow is a free, beginner-friendly sewing pattern created for Sew Pink 2026. Inspired by Armena’s personal experience as a breast cancer survivor, this pillow was designed to offer a little softness, support, and love when comfort is needed most.

The deep heart-shaped center can rest comfortably beneath the arm, while the soft, flexible shape can also be held gently across the chest, placed behind the upper or lower back, used beneath the neck, or simply hugged for comfort.

Sew one for yourself, a survivor or thriver, someone recovering from surgery, or a loved one who could use a handmade hug.

Suggested Fabrics

Soft woven fabrics or soft, stable knits such as quilting cotton, flannel, cotton jersey, interlock, French terry, or sweatshirt fleece.

You will also need polyester fiberfill, coordinating thread, and a hand-sewing needle to close the opening.
